Hand And Eye Tattoo is open for walk-ins when we are in and as time allows. Otherwise we are there by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required for all appoinments.
Dave Nielsen has been drawing and creating art in one form or another for his entire life. Whether it was drawing or painting there was always something keeping his hands busy. He started tattooing in 1997 and has been tattooing in Madison, Wisconsin since 2001.
Dave is happy to work in a variety of styles and is comfortable jumping from one to another and sometimes mixing them together. If realism is your thing, Dave Nielsen can do it. Same goes for anything from traditional tattoos to fine art reproduction. Dave is just as happy doing color, black and gray, or simply line work. Dave enjoys a challenge so don't be afraid to ask. He can do cover up tattoos too. Have a tattoo that you don't like? Let Dave cover it up for you.

BLACK LIVES MATTER
I believe that black lives matter with all of my heart. Diversity is what makes this country great. I ask that you take your business elsewhere if your answer to “Black lives matter”, is “All lives matter”, if you fly a Confederate or Nazi flag, or if you discriminate against the LGBTQ+ community or people of any race or color. Your intolerance will not be tolerated in my studio. I will repeat it one more time for the people in the back, BLACK LIVES MATTER!!
